WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

Currently, we are an out of network provider. I do offer super bills for PPO insurance carriers in order to get possible reimbursement for the services provided. The patient must submit this at their own discretion. Unfortunately, I am unable to accept medicare as an out of network provider.

DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?

You do not need a referral from a doctor, however in the state of California we are able to treat you for 12 sessions. If you wish to be treated beyond this timeline, then a written referral from your MD is required.
